Hi, I'm Stacie Carver, the Owner and a Lead Planner.
I remember it like it was yesterday. I was newly engaged and trying to plan a wedding - all while juggling a full-time job, a side hustle, and family and friend obligations. (Sound familiar?) Instead of enjoying the engagement, I ended up feeling like I had taken on a 3rd job.
That’s why, 8 years ago, I dove headfirst into the wedding industry. So I could help couples, like you, enjoy this experience from beginning to end.
Now, we help 30+ couples each year by taking items off their planning plate. By finding ways to make their wedding fun, creative and unique. And by ensuring they enjoy their big day and every day leading up to it.
I am thrilled to have a team of rockstars that have the same passion I do.
Still Be in Control
Worried that if you hire wedding pros your wedding day will shift from what you had envisioned to something different? We want to assure you that you are still in control of every part of the planning process. However, we have some tricks up our sleeves to suggest new and fun ideas, or help you understand what you may not know about the wedding industry. We will assist to infuse your day with your specific personalities as a couple.
We will guide you through the process and provide action items, all while you stay in the driver’s seat. Its the perfect mix of collaboration and participation management styles.

Giving Back
We believe in giving back to the community. Working with Carver Coordination means that you are also giving back. We currently donate one while event to a non-profit every year and offer discounted planning rates to other non-profits.
