I took an interesting path to get where am I today. I was not one of the planners who planned her wedding, loved it, and made a business out of it. Instead, my path had more twists and turns.

I stand out from other planners is my true and intricate love of the details. This helps support my clients by making sure there is a cohesive design, rock-solid logistics, and near-perfect setup on the day of.

Many of my clients also say my calm demeanor throughout the planning and especially on the big day is a point of strength. My company was founded on the motto, Creative Composed Coordination, which speaks to that composure and cool cucumber manner that my clients love.

Hi I’m Katie Glassman! I am in my last semester finishing up my hospitality and event management degree at CSU and I am so excited to be working with Carver Coordination and our amazing clients for my third wedding season!

Some fun facts about me!

I was raised in Castle Rock Colorado but was born in Orange County California. My very favorite town in Colorado is Estes Park! I’m a huge animal lover and currently have a very fluffy long haired Guinea pig. Alongside him I care for my 25+ houseplants. In my spare time I love to read and keep up with all my reality tv shows. In the summer I love kayaking and other lake water sports! Besides my love for event planning I also have a passion for interior design and photography!

Stacie has 8+ years planning expertise, and 13 years in the industry. Leading us to be solution oriented when it comes to logistics, timelines, centerpieces creation, wedding design and more.
